Returns

You can return the received goods without giving any reason within 30 days of receiving the shipment. Returned goods should not bear any signs of use
You can cancel the whole order or part of it. In case of cancellation we will return all payments received, including delivery costs(except for additional costs resulting from the delivery method chosen by you other than the cheapest ordinary delivery method offered by us) . The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.

Details of the steps for handing over the return:

• Log in to your account, then in the returns panel select the goods you would like to return. If you have not registered with our store, you can submit a return through this Returns page or by clicking on the link at the bottom of the page "I want to return a product"
• In the next steps, choose how to send the package back and the form in which you want to receive the returned money;
• Send the returned products to us at the address provided in the return wizard
• We will issue a refund, in the form selected in the return wizard, within 2 days* from the day we receive the return shipment.

So thanks to our cooperation, you don't have to wait for a courier. All you have to do is to choose shipping by parcel machine when generating your return.
The fee for making a return by parcel machine is only PLN 9.00, and you do not have to pay it at the time of generating the return - it will be deducted from the amount we will refund you for the returned goods.
